Training Schedule (Fall, 2026)

Be sure to complete the self-study, online virtual meeting and take the online test in advance of the outdoor training session!

Every season, the training schedule for officials involves 3 important dates:

• The online training (the “Virtual Meeting”) is a 2-week, self-paced, self-study learning experience, with an online test due before outdoor training.
• Outdoor training (on a Saturday, from 2pm-4pm), exactly one week before the games begin
• The makeup outdoor training date (on a Friday, after school, from 4pm-6pm), the night before the games begin

For younger people, keeping a calendar and scheduling your commitments is a new skill, as is being a participant in a work force. These are new skills for you, so if you’re younger, have your parents help you keep track of important dates, and maybe teach you how to keep track, too!

Make sure you loop your parents in on these dates.

• The Outdoor training test questions are a useful guide for review, and will help you prepare for what you’ll learn during outdoor training.
  
• Don’t miss out on a little extra scratch! Outdoor training is paid! 💰 It’s basically worth a day’s reffing for pay (2 hours).
