Radar shows the heaviest rain has past. Lightning tracker shows all clear. However, temperatures are rapidly falling into the 40’s, and a cold, misty rain now on radar will likely persist throughout the day. Dress WARM! Hat, mittens, change of socks. Let’s get through the day.

Heavy rains overnight will dump 3/4 in. on the parks, but should stop after 8:30-9:30 AM. Will make go/no-go decisions at the field, based on watches and warnings.
For now, plan on soccer!
Weather Advice
Please dress warm.
The temperatures for the April 18th game will not quite reach 50 degrees, and it will be windy, with gusts over 30 mph. Please dress warm. Players and officials should plan on wearing warm winter hats and mittens or gloves. Additionally, officials should bring a change of extra socks so you can swap out wet socks between your games. You’ll thank me later.
Other than that, I think it fortunate that we’re going to get our games in to start the season! Let’s go get ’em.
